Help From Hiroshima

Picture Story 26 March, 2010 – As part of promoting international peace, the city of Hiroshima, under the Hiroshima international cooperation project, donated one reconditioned garbage truck to Thimphu city corporation. The donation has been made to assist the effort to improve waste management system in Bhutan.
Hiroshima city has already donated two reconditioned garbage trucks city in 2005 and 2008, one handed over to Thimphu city corporation and the other to the Samdrupjongkhar municipal authority.
